Steer Clear Campaign

Did you know MI Youth and Family Services is highlighting our station and the PSA's on their Healthy Youth Initiative website? We teamed up with MI Youth and Family Services (MIYFS) to share that MOST young adults in the king country area steer clear from substance use. In collaboration with the Mercer Island Healthy Youth Initiative students here at 88.9 share some of our reasons for not using marijuana, alcohol, or other substances. Listed below are a few testimonials of which highlight the importance of staying away from substance use, whether it be for staying focused and motivation to reach goals, or just concern with the risks of mental health issues, impaired driving, and the potential for addiction.
